Zoning
RM
Residential-Medium Density District
The RM zoning district is applied to areas appropriate for a variety of housing types, including small-lot single-family housing, and various types of multifamily housing (for example, duplexes, townhouses, and apartments). The allowable density ranges from 7.26 to 15 dwellings per acre. The RM zoning district is consistent with and implements the Residential - Medium land use classification of the General Plan.
