Absolutely charming cottage with lovely, fenced garden near Ecole Bilingue and Berkeley Bowl West! The garage has been made into a splendid dining room and the upper loft has served as a great study and/or 3rd bedroom for a child or guests. The owners enjoyed the neighborhood for many years. A delightful urban treasure!
