This guesthouse is located on our horse property that we live on. The guesthouse is completly seperate from our main house that we live in and far enough away so it is private. All utilites are inclided in the rental cost. Washer and dryer are inside the home. New windows were installed 4 months ago as well as new appliances. Pets are ok upon aproval of myself and my wife. We are animal lovers as we have horses, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens and dogs. Secured parking in the driveway that is protected by an electric gate. It also has its own fenced backyard area. Owner pays 100% of all utilites. Teneat is required to maintain the cleanleness of the private backyard. No smoking inside the unit
