I (homeowner) and my co-hosts are available 24/7 7 days a week via our team (CASA) at your service for questions or recommendations and service. We do require guests to wear masks in the public areas, wash hands and follow the Los Angeles protocols of being 10 feet away. We want to be good neighbors and follow the City noise ordinance rules, so bring in any outside entertainment by 8:00 PM on the weekdays and 10:00 pm on the weekends and shut the windows. Other things to note We are looking for a LONG TERM RENTER! Hola, Yes, we would love to host you for an earlier than a 4 pm check-in and/or later than 10 am checkout! We have big homes that entertain family and friends. Our team of 31+ housekeepers, handypersons, and inspectors need from 10 am to 4 pm to: - clean every surface inside and out (by law) - wash all the linens, towels and dishes - repair, enhancements and remodel - landscape - clean and maintain the homes with a pool and hot tub - stage the furnishings and decor - stock the kitchen and bathrooms with guest supplies - inspect before and after every stay Cheers, Laura and the Team Yes, we love to host your pets and what them to enjoy the family and friends vacation too. My El Segundo Beach Entertainer home is ideal for pets as we have two separate yards. The front yard has a beach so they can enjoy the view and all the dogs that walk by. The enclosed backyard has a bigger area to throw the ball and they can smell the bbq. There is a dog park nearby too in El Segundo Beach (walking distance).
