Medium Density Multi-Family Residential District
This district is intended for single and multi-family housing types such as one to three-Story garden apartments, historic bungalows and cottages on small lots, townhouses and stacked flats. A maximum density of 26 dwelling units per acre is permitted, and minimum density of 10 du per acre is required. In addition to residential uses, this district allows for a limited number of public and semi-public uses such as day care centers, public safety facilities, and residential care facilities that are appropriate in a medium density multi-family residential environment.
