Uses are limited to those typical of and compatible with quiet residential neighborhoods. The minimum lot size shall be 10,890 sq ft unless the E district is combined with the Lot Size combining district (Chapter 19.54 of this title) where a larger minimum lot size is specified. The minimum lot size may be reduced when any E district is combined with the Cluster (CL) combining district (Chapter 19.58 of this title). Agricultural uses permitted in the E district are accessory uses and shall not be established until a primary use is established.
