Zoning
RSL
Residential Suburban Low Density District
The purpose of the Residential Suburban Low Density RSL zone district is to provide for relatively low density residential neighborhoods within and at the periphery of the County's community centers and rural centers. This is accomplished by permitting development of single-family, duplex and multi-family residences on lots of 15,000 sq ft or larger and by setting standards that limit the maximum lot coverage and maximum floor area of structures.
