House was completely rebuilt on the original foot print of the an 1800's home after a fire in 2004. The septic was in place and not replaced at that time. Septic tank is 1000 gallons. A new foundation was put in in 2006 but some of the stone (from the original home) was salvaged to make the current walkway and a new fireplace in the living room/great room. All rooms sizes and square footage are approximate. Town records state it is a four bedroom home but the two front rooms were combined to make a larger bedroom.
