This home is THE home for the beach. Ball Pond Beach Estates is an amazing beach. PRIVATE - only 80 (+/-) can belong to the beach. It cost $125/annually for a couple or $175/annually for a family. You do NOT have to belong. However, Ball Pond is a spring fed lake that is super relaxed, sweet and friendly. Water has been traced back to Maine. It’s clean and small enough to be quite warm in the summer. Never freezing cold all the time like the bigger lakes. You can rent a kayak rack ($40/annually) and you can put two kayaks in a rack (if it fits). Basically, anything that can fit in your rack space. Has porta potty so you do not need to rush back home should you need to relieve yourself. Also, there grass is mowed and shrubs maintained. There is a paid teenager that must do daily chores: rake sand, put away toys, put chairs in straight line, clean up beach (if debris is left), etc. Need more information about it?
