Just a note. The basement is located through a trap door inside the broom closet. It has a sump pump and does get water, owner doesn't use it at all. The water table is high near the lake. There is a nice size attic space located in the master bedroom. You will see 2 mirrors and the access is behind them. Step on the nite table to peek inside. The area is appoximately 8x10 and maybe 3.5-4 feet high.
