About this home

This 1976 4 bedrooms 2 bath replica of a classic 1776 New England Saltbox home has additions to further enhance the appearance, comfort and utility. This truly is a classic New England Home with all the antique charm but without the maintenance. It has a beautiful, top of the line remote controlled Mendota gas fireplace, that runs on propane and will heat the whole house. The recently added Carrier Heat pump, central heat and air conditioning provide comfortable temperatures when the boiler is not running. The entire home has wide board heart pine flooring and the kitchen floor was installed using reclaimed long leaf heart pine wide boards and antique looking nails. Both bathrooms have been updated with Toto toilets and new vanity with granite top. The front and rear porches were built with maintenance free Azek decking. This home is equipped with a Kohler whole house generator with automatic transfer switch in case of power loss. It is situated on an almost 1 acre lot with beautiful 12'X 20' Kloter Farms shed and a wildflower meadow on raised rear section. There are also two additional custom sheds useful for gardening , storage, or play house. This home is priced to sell and is an incredible value for under $300,000!! Come see it today!
