ABOUT the Lords Point Community: The community house has many activities during the summer. There is a recreation committee that organizes everything from tennis lessons, yoga, group exercise, Naturescapes, movie nights, bingo (for the kids), family sports night, beach parties, a big block party, bluefish tournament and other fun events. These are free to all owners and renters and start at the end of June through beginning of September typically. The community house is also available to rent for a small fee and insurance coverage. In addition there is also a Halloween party in October. There are 2 docks and 6 beaches open to all owners. There is a waiting list for dock spaces (typically 2-3 years).
