Built in 1936, these apartments offer traditional layouts with in-home W/D and restored antique wood floors. With only four apartments per building, your home is well cared for and intimate. Located just one block from Massachusetts Ave. N.W. and a short walk to Metro's Red Line Tenleytown-AU Metro stop. Ample street parking is also available. Great shops around the corner including numerous restaurants (Millie's Spring Valley Restaurant, Tara Thai Restaurant, etc), Wagshall's gourmet grocery store, delicatessen, and restaurant CVS Pharmacy dry cleaners Starbucks and a Crate & Barrel furnishings store. Spring Valley Apartments offers convenient downtown living. Less than two blocks from American University's main campus and within a mile of Tenleytown Metro, these apartments are located in one of Washington D.C.'s premier residential neighborhoods.
