Welcome to Waterset Community

For nearly 50 years, the Richmond American companies, now subsidiaries of Sekisui House U.S., Inc., have been building the American Dream for individuals and families from coast to coast. Their floor plans are thoughtfully designed to reflect how people truly live, with careful attention to everyday functionality-from furniture placement to how spaces flow and work together. They maximize every square foot with smart, efficient layouts, avoiding wasted or awkward spaces while delivering designs that better meet buyers' real needs. Homebuyers who choose to build from the ground up can personalize their space by selecting structural options, homesites, exterior styles, and finishes to create a home that's uniquely their own. At the design center, each buyer is paired with a professional interior designer who helps coordinate selections and colors, ensuring a cohesive look and a home tailored to their vision. Move-in ready homes are also available for buyers with ashorter timeline. These are curated with care, professionally designed for timeless appeal.
