GREEN SWAMP AREA OF CRITICAL STATE CONCERN
Agriculture District
The purpose and intent of the district is to provide an area where low-Density rural Development can occur while preserving Environmentally Sensitive areas. The continued use of the Land for traditional agricultural purposes is maintained where consistent with Best Management Practices and policies of the Lake County Comprehensive Plan. This overlay district will protect Environmentally Sensitive areas while encouraging rural uses which prevent further Encroachment by urban uses.
