Residential Rural-Acre District
This category provides rural estate residential opportunities in the suburban area of the City. Housing developments at a net density range of up to two dwelling units per acre will be allowed when community scale potable water and sewer facilities are available to the site, and one unit per net acre when the site will be served with on-site water and wastewater facilities. Generally, single-family dwellings and mobile homes will be the predominant land uses in this category.; The following primary and secondary zoning districts may be considered in the Rural Residential Category depicted on the Future Land Use Maps of the Comprehensive Plan.; This district allows primarily single-family dwellings on large lots in the suburban and rural areas of the City.
