At Plaza Towers, Residence 6G offers a quietly elevated take on in-town living, just above the treetops along Peachtree. With 1,594 square feet, two bedrooms, and two baths, this home balances classic Atlanta character with a clean, modern sensibility that feels both refined and approachable. Recently reimagined from the ground up, the interiors have been thoughtfully redesigned to simplify and elevate daily living. New flooring, updated baseboards, and a fully integrated lighting plan create a calm, gallery-like backdrop, while the reworked kitchen brings both function and presence - featuring custom cabinetry, Quartzite countertops, a flush vent hood, and a full suite of Wolf and KitchenAid appliances, including a warming drawer. A rare and cleverly concealed utility space adds a level of practicality not often found in the building, accommodating a washer, vented dryer, and additional storage without interrupting the flow of the home. The primary suite offers a custom walk-in closet and a bath designed with intention, while the secondary spaces remain equally well considered. Positioned just two levels above the lobby, the residence enjoys a unique vantage point - connected, yet quietly removed - with soft, tree-lined views over Peachtree and the building's iconic entrance. Life at Plaza Towers is defined by ease: 24-hour concierge, all-inclusive utilities, renovated common areas, a fitness center, and guest suites - all just moments from the Garden Hills Duck Pond and the best of Peachtree's dining and shopping. Garage parking is available, offering secure, convenient access. Now reintroduced at a compelling new price, this is a rare opportunity to step into a fully realized home - where the work has already been done, and the living is effortless.

Buckhead, located between Midtown and Sandy Springs, is a residential and commercial Atlanta neighborhood with a skyline of office towers and a patchwork of leafy streets. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Peachtree Rd NE and Piedmont Rd NE corridor, where luxury storefronts, hotel lobbies, and patio dining set a polished, high-traffic rhythm. Landmark Diner anchors late-night comfort food, while the Atlanta History Center grounds the area in exhibitions and gardens. The Buckhead Theatre adds a marquee glow for concerts and touring acts. Architecture shifts from high-rise condos to brick colonials and contemporary infill near pocket parks. PATH400 threads through the district as a linear greenway for walking and cycling.

Special Public Interest - Buckhead Village District - Subarea 1 Core Village
The intent of the council in establishing the SPI-9 Buckhead Village Special Public Interest District is as follows: To encourage the redevelopment of properties within the Buckhead Village consistent with the community vision established in the City of Atlanta Comprehensive Development Plan, the 1999 Vision for the Buckhead Village, the 2001 Buckhead LCI Plan, 2005 Buckhead Village Parking and Circulation Study, and the 2007 Piedmont Area Transportation Plan; To provide for a balanced mix of office, retail, commercial, residential and related uses within the SPI-9 District so as to serve the needs of the Buckhead community, surrounding residential neighborhoods, and specialty shoppers and visitors; To provide for appropriate transitions from the high intensity areas along Peachtree Road to the mixed-use character of the surrounding village areas and the lower density residential neighborhoods that border the district and to prevent incompatible commercial uses and parking in residential neighborhoods; To implement the community vision through the provision of specific graphic standards to provide a pleasing, cohesive urban aesthetic for the district through vibrant, quality design; To ensure the safe and convenient movement of pedestrians within Buckhead Village through the provision of adequate and accommodating streetscapes and to reduce pedestrian and vehicular conflicts by providing clear delineated streetscapes for pedestrian movement; To reduce auto dependency and create opportunities for increasing the use of alternative transportation modes thereby mitigating traffic congestion, noise, and other negative impacts that detract from the village and surrounding neighborhoods; To increase connectivity for all transportation modes within the district and between the district and other areas; To provide a cooperative means for meeting parking needs within the village; To create incentives for the provision of public facilities and functional, publicly-accessible open spaces; To encourage and implement environmentally-responsible development; To provide a range of housing types to meet varying housing needs; and To make more predictable, streamline, and expedite the permitting process for developments meeting the intent and requirements of the district regulations.

Local insights from Redfin agents
Buckhead isn't one market — it's a dozen small ones. High-rise living near Lenox and Phipps, quiet estate streets off West Paces Ferry, or somewhere in between — each pocket has its own price range and feel.
