This large brick ranch has been in the same family for years and is very livable as is. This is a well maintained home with a large family room addition, a fireplace, and separate living and dining rooms. Bring your renovators or first timers on a budget. There is a partial finished basement with a full bath and potential for a fourth bedroom. It's a great lot with a large fenced area and plenty of room for gardens.
