You are really lucky if you see this before it sells. Price includes everything in the home. So, come enjoy living in sophisticated Paces 325 and be a part of this vibrant and elegant area of Buckhead. This home is fully furnished by Cantoni and the price included everything down to the towels. Everything in the photos conveys to the buyer which is especially which is especially attractive because the owner lives out of the country and has only used the home for about 6 months total over the last 16 years. He is the first and only owner. The wood floors look brand new as does the rest of the home. The French Door refrigerator is about 4 years old and has a chilling drawer for wine. There is also a wine cooler which stays. If you play tennis, you are in luck. The same goes for the pool, exercise facility, club room, full time, 24/7 concierge and a property manager on site to help you with all your needs. Wonderful residents whom you will enjoy living near. Walk to the Shoppes of Buckhead, enjoy the restaurants and shopping. The new dog park across the street on Buckhead Ave. is loads of fun, even if you do not have a pooch, you will enjoy watching them romp around. A vehicle charging station is under consideration.

Buckhead isn't one market — it's a dozen small ones. High-rise living near Lenox and Phipps, quiet estate streets off West Paces Ferry, or somewhere in between — each pocket has its own price range and feel.
