A truly rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in Atlanta! Situated on approximately 6.73 acres along Briarcliff Road, this extraordinary property offers a beautiful lake, mature landscaping, and a peaceful natural setting—all while remaining conveniently located in the city. The interior of the existing home has been gutted, creating a blank canvas for an investor, builder, developer, or buyer with a bold vision. Reimagine the residence or explore the property’s potential for future development. Opportunities to acquire this amount of scenic acreage within Atlanta are exceptionally uncommon. With its natural beauty, privacy, lakefront setting, and outstanding location, 3969 Briarcliff Road NE is ready for its next chapter. Any renovation, redevelopment, subdivision, or alternative use is subject to zoning, permitting, environmental requirements, and applicable governmental approvals. Buyers should independently verify acreage, boundaries, utilities, zoning, allowable uses, and development feasibility.
Unique, one-of-a-kind lake property across from Echo Lake. Modest cabin has a bedroom and bath on both levels. The deck faces the lake for easy fishing and enjoying. Most of the acreage is the lake. This house has an open floor plan and partially finished basement. There is a patio area and fire pit off the lower level. Great location!
