RES6
Multi Family Residential District
The Res6 district is intended to provide for single family attached dwellings that allow options to increase housing variety and opportunities. In addition, Res6 districts may allow institutional type residences and other conditional institutional uses, but not to such an extent as to sacrifice the overall residential image and character.
