An exceptionally rare opportunity to acquire 5+ acres in the heart of Oak Grove, one of Metro Atlanta’s most established and sought-after residential corridors. Positioned within the Oak Grove Elementary School District (less than one mile away) and walkable to Vista Grove Plaza, this property offers a compelling blend of location, scale, and long-term upside. With R100 zoning, the site presents the potential for approximately eight subdivided lots (subject to county approval), making it an ideal infill development opportunity in a submarket where new inventory remains limited and absorption remains strong at the luxury price point. The parcel features private driveway access from Lavista Road and directly abuts Frazier-Rowe Park, creating a unique opportunity to design estate homes that capitalize on both privacy and green space adjacency, a rare amenity combination in this established neighborhood. Location fundamentals are exceptional:Minutes to Emory University, Emory Hospital, CDC, and CHOA, convenient to North Decatur’s premier dining and retail. Direct access to Buckhead, Midtown, and Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and more. Large, contiguous acreage in Oak Grove is increasingly scarce. For the luxury developer seeking scale within a proven, high-demand school district and infill location, this offering represents a strategic acquisition in a mature, well-developed market with strong end-user appeal. This is not simply land, it is a long-term positioning opportunity in one of Atlanta’s most stable residential corridors.
