Fantastic Opportunity for the smart bargain hunter or handy homeowner looking for some sweat equity. Bones are solid and house is almost liveable as-is but could use some TLC and updates to bring the bring it up to it's full potential. Lots of upside when you look at the comps - plenty of recent rehabs in the area going for much more. Sold as-is. No termite, no disclosures (Sellers have never lived in the property). Must use Seller's attorney (no exceptions). Lowball or Blind offers will not be considered. Thanks for showing!
