Belvedere, located between Memorial Drive and Covington Highway, is a residential and commercial Belvedere Park neighborhood with mid-century ranch streetscapes and a corridor-style retail strip. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Memorial Drive and Columbia Drive intersection, where auto shops, small groceries, and takeout counters set a steady, street-level rhythm. Belvedere Park Plaza serves as a long-running local hub for everyday errands and casual bites. Nearby, the 57-acre Shoal Creek Park adds wooded trails and open fields that shape the area’s outdoor routine. Housing trends toward brick one-stories and modest lots, with pockets of apartments along the main roads. Side streets stay quieter while the arterials carry most of the motion.
