Both parcels are currently zoned R-100 and located within the Hidden Hills Overlay District. This offering provides a peaceful, wooded setting with possible future potential, subject to buyer verification and county approval. Seller and listing broker make no representation regarding future rezoning, density, subdivision, sewer connection, or development approval. Excellent opportunity for a buyer, builder, or investor willing to explore the possibilities.
