Finally, the quiet country home you've been waiting for! This ranch-style, 3 bed/2 bath is basically new, as it was constructed in 2018. Its rocking chair front porch wraps you in as you look out over 1.64 acres and watch the sunsets with a warm mug of tea. While the front and back porches have stairs, the internal entrance through the two-car garage has a ramp to allow for handicap-accessible entry. The interior has hardwood floors throughout, and the hallways and door entrances are 32" wide for greater accessibility. This house is only 3 years old, so everything is up-to-date and low maintenance. Enjoy looking out into a keeping room as you prepare your meals in the open kitchen. This house has two living spaces, a keeping room and a family room for your entertaining needs. The oversized primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and granite countertops. The bathroom also has a walk-in shower. There are two other bedrooms with plenty of space for guests, home office, gym, flex space etc. The laundry room is conveniently located in the hallway and it can double as a mud room for those rainy days. Enjoy the convenience of being only 5 miles to downtown Madison while maintaining the solitude of living in the country.

AG
Agricultural District
This district is comprised primarily of open farm land and land used for agricultural, livestock and poultry production. The intent of this regulation is to encourage the maintenance of the general rural character. Residential subdivisions in this district should be designed in a way that is compatible with the rural, agrarian nature of the district. The sale of items cultivated on the property such as fresh fruits, flowers, and vegetables on premises in produce stand type enterprises to provide income to the property owner is appropriate within this district. Pursuant to the many goals, objectives, policies, and recommendations of the Comprehensive Plan for the County, the Agricultural District will serve the purpose of continuation of agriculture by restricting the division of farmland so that it does not become broken up into small parcels. This will help avoid the accelerated conversion of land to residential uses, and discourage the shift of the land market from agricultural and rural, to suburban and urban. These districts are most appropriately located in areas shown as agriculture/forestry/estate residential on the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan.
