Opportunity meets potential on over 2 private acres! Tucked away on a low-traffic/ dead-end street with only six homes, this property offers the kind of privacy that’s increasingly hard to find. Calling all investors, this home is perfectly suited for a fix-and-flip or long-term rental. Features include a carport plus a detached metal-sided workshop with a roll-up bay door, perfect for an at-home mechanic or hobbyist. Inside, you’ll find an eat-in kitchen, spacious closets uncommon for homes of this era, and ample storage throughout. The layout also offers room to expand behind the primary bedroom, providing additional value-add potential. A durable metal roof is already in place, and hardwood floors are present in part of the home. With acreage, privacy, and solid bones, this is a rare opportunity. Home is sold as-is and any contents will not be removed.
