This 1.61-acre lot is just 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Rome and offers endless potential for the right buyer. The existing home requires extensive work-inside and out. Floors are missing, and anyone entering must use caution. That said, the opportunities here are huge: clear the lot for new construction or take on a full renovation and turn this home into something as charming as can be. If you're looking for a project with upside and don't mind rolling up your sleeves, this property could be the one!
