Welcome to 127 Lee Road — where quality meets opportunity in one of Coweta County's most coveted communities. This four-sided brick home has been completely and thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom, delivering a turnkey living experience that simply cannot be replicated at this price point. From the moment you arrive, the bones speak for themselves: solid four-sided brick construction paired with a brand new roof, new HVAC, and new water heater — the big-ticket items are already done. Step inside to find an entirely new interior where no detail was overlooked. The heart of the home is the entertainer's kitchen, designed for the cook who also loves company. An oversized island anchors the space, surrounded by all-new cabinetry, gleaming granite countertops, and a designer backsplash that adds just the right finishing touch. Open sightlines flow directly into the family room, where a fireplace serves as the natural gathering point — and sliding doors frame the view to your brand new deck and the private, tree-lined backyard beyond. Whether it's a dinner party or a quiet Sunday morning, this home delivers the setting. A separate dining room provides defined elegance when the occasion calls for it, while a dedicated flex room offers the versatility today's buyers demand — use it as a home office, den, or additional living space. One-level living with the primary suite on the main floor means long-term comfort and convenience for every stage of life. The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a spa-caliber bath with a separate soaking tub and a fully tiled walk-in shower. The secondary bath has also been completely renovated and showcases a tiled shower with a built-in niche — elevated finishes throughout, no compromises. Downstairs, a full unfinished basement represents exactly the kind of upside that savvy buyers recognize immediately: square footage already under roof, ready to be transformed into additional living space, a home gym, a workshop, a media room, or simply the storage solution every growing household eventually needs. The canvas is yours. Set on three-quarters of an acre, the lot delivers the privacy and breathing room that has become increasingly rare and increasingly valuable in this market. New decks extend your living space outdoors — and with a backyard this private, you'll want to be out there.

Rural Conservation District
Coweta County has adopted a comprehensive land use plan and a future development map to guide land use and development throughout the county. Primary concerns of citizens are the provision of efficient and effective government services and public facilities, and the protection of Coweta's natural land and water resources, and preservation of rural character which together foster a unique sense of place valued by the community. The rural conservation district is intended to provide for agricultural land use, and low density single-family residential land use in an area of Coweta County shown on the future development map as the rural conservation area. Agricultural land uses include farming, forestry, horticulture, wholesale plant propagation, dairying, ranching, and equestrian activities. Rural residential land uses include rural homestead lots, and low density rural residential developments designed to preserve woodland and open land along Coweta's roadways, to preserve primary conservation land: river or stream corridor, areas of vulnerable groundwater recharge, floodplain, steep slopes, habitat of endangered species, archeological sites, cemeteries, and burial grounds, and to provide neighborhoods with their own private, yet common, recreation areas.
