Look no further, you are home! This little beauty is nestled inside a swim/tennis community, and is less than 10 minutes from Stone Mountain Park. A warm and cozy 3bd/2bh features a large family room that flows into the dining room ready for fun family gatherings. Over-sized master bedroom w/ a sitting area. The master bath has a double vanity, garden tub and shower combo. Home sits on a large level lot, in a quiet neighborhood. House is back on the market! 1st was an investor who wanted to reduce price by $10K for a new roof + $2200 in repairs. House is priced below market value. 2nd was FHA buyer who couldn't get approved. All buyers are encouraged, but conventional or cash would be optimal. Title is open, so closing must take place with Campbell & Brannon.
