All the ingredients for a rich Maui Life are nestled into this private Haiku property. Shelter, Food, Water, Clean Air, and natural Beauty. Formerly one of the area's beloved organically managed CSA farms (Community Supported Agriculture), "Mark's Maui Farm" is now for sale. The main dwelling has a flexible floor plan. The first floor "farm office suite" with its own separate entrance and bathroom, also has its own sitting room and is connected to the main house via the valley view deck. The main house boasts a voluminous living room and a spacious kitchen/great room on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bath with ocean views. The Ohana dwelling also enjoys its own ocean views and is nicely separated from the main house. There is also a freshly painted greenhouse structure, and a cute wwoofer cabin. Land stewardship here has been of the highest integrity. Fruit trees abound, and natural farming practices have included the establishment of nitrogen fixing shade trees, organic soil amendments, and lots of hard work and care have gone into creating super healthy soil. Walking around this property, you can just imagine the potential - both for agricultural cultivation, and income possibilities. Citrus trees, avocados, lychee, kukui, gliricidia, happy chickens, night blooming jasmine and more. Are you getting hungry yet? Fantastic Haiku location close to schools, and a short hop from Makawao and Paia. Some improvements were built without permits.
