Commercial Limited-Planned Unit Development District

The C-17L district is intended as a low density commercial and residential mix district. This district permits residential development at a density of 17 units per gross acre as specified by the R-17 district and limited service commercial businesses whose primary emphasis is on providing a personal service.; The preliminary project review process for planned unit developments is intended to provide for discussion, consideration, and guidance on a proposal, at an early stage in the design process, and to identify pertinent regulations and other considerations.; Planned Unit Development District: The purposes of the planned unit development regulations are to permit the development of tracts of land to allow comprehensive planning and to provide flexibility in the application of certain regulations in a manner consistent with the general purpose of the zoning ordinance.; The purposes of the limited design planned unit development regulations are to permit the development of adjacent tracts of land of 15 or more acres in size or multiple parcels of 15 or more acres in size to provide for alternate yard, height and/or other regulations affecting the location and size of structures facilities and/or landscaping on a site.
