BC-A
Business Corridor - Auto Oriented District
The BC-A, Auto-Oriented district is intended to accommodate a wide variety of businesses that typically generate significant amounts of vehicle traffic. This district is intended to accommodate more auto-oriented building forms. However, new buildings must make accommodations for pedestrians. New buildings should enhance pedestrian safety and comfort. The regulations that follow established standards for building placement, landscaping, lighting, curb cuts and other site design elements. New buildings within this zoning district must avoid the old pattern of locating parking between the building and the sidewalk.
