Zoning
R-1
Single-Family Residence District
The R-1 District is intended to provide single-family areas and protect such areas from the encroachment of incompatible uses. No R-1 District shall be established by any new regulation unless the proposed district area, by itself or in conjunction with any contiguous territory which either lies within the City and is already zoned R-1 or which lies within an adjacent municipality and is in a similar zoning classification, is at least 5 acres.
