The regulations for this district are intended to preserve such agricultural land by severely restricting the encroachment of non-agricultural uses and structures. The owners and renters of property, whether farm or non-farm, in this district should realize that they will likely encounter the smells, sights, and sounds attendant to agricultural operations.
