Zoning
UC
Unclassified- Residential And Commercial District
The purpose of UC is to reduce regulations in rural areas of Livingston Parish and allow for residential and commercial growth in these areas which are difficult to plan. The intent is to allow development in rural areas to advance to the point where Parish planners can identify patterns and implement appropriate land use principals. This zoning will contain a specific list of uses that will not be allowed to help ensure growth is positive and has minimal impact on the quality of life rural residents of Livingston Parish enjoy today. All lots in this development shall be a minimum of a 0.5 acre.
