This is a private bedroom with shared bathroom with 1 other person. The rent is $900 a month includes utilities and internet. The house and room are furnished. There are 3 other female housemates in the house. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room are all shared common areas. To apply for this property, it is required to either see it in person or send someone that can see it for you, or a video call using a phone line. Room available end of August. This location is great; you can walk to everything. Our requirements are: 600 credit score or higher if a student we do accept qualifying cosigners No eviction history or failure to pay rents make 1.5 x the amount of rent per month to apply must pay a $40 fee upon approval will need to pay the security deposit which is the same amount as the rent.
