Residence, Suburban District
The purpose of the R-20,000 District is primarily to provide a location for single-family residential development, the individual lots of which generally contain a minimum of 20,000 sq ft. The area should be served with public water and or public sewerage facilities. The district would generally coincide with areas designated for medium-density residential development on the Master Plan.
