A large center island, a pantry and abundant cabinet space provide plenty of storage. Continue upstairs to the spacious primary suite, a relaxing retreat with an expansive walk-in closet and a bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with dual showerheads. You’ll also find three other generously sized bedrooms and another full bathroom. The finished basement consists of a walk-out and sliding doors that lead directly to the backyard patio and fire pit. This lower level features a large recreation or media room, a full bathroom, and a study being used as a fifth bedroom. Outdoors, the home sits on an approximately one acre (0.92) level lot with abundant yard space, which backs to a wooded conservation area. The home is surrounded by privacy rarely found in neighborhood settings. The spacious deck (refinished Fall 2025), just off the kitchen, overlooks the back yard and offers the perfect space for outdoor dining, relaxing or entertaining. Other features of the home include a side-entry two-car garage, a tankless water heater and energy-efficient systems. The home also offers convenient access to Prince Frederick shopping centers and restaurants, as well as to: Route 4 (3 miles), Washington, D. C.
