All appliances, linens, and kitchenwares are provided. Great front porch and back deck. Views of the Cove--shimmering at high tide, mud flats at low tide. In the evening, gather around the big teak table, fire up the BBQ, turn on the twinkly lights, relax.. This is Maine--how life should be! Centrally located with easy access to beaches, parks, restaurants and commute options to Portsmouth, Boston and Portland. *please call the number if you do not get a quick response. The portal hasn't been too reliable. Thanks! Actual lease is September 2026 to June 2027. All utilities, and mowing and plowing are separate. Shorter lengths, and leases with all expenses included can be made.
