One-Family High-Density Residential Districts
The purpose of the RB district is to achieve the same character, stability, and sound residential environment as intended for the RR, RAA, and RA residential districts. The difference between the three previously mentioned and the RB district is that a higher density of population will be permitted through the construction and occupancy of one-family dwelling structures on smaller lot area.
