Multiple-Family Residential District

The RM Multiple-Family Residential District regulations are intended to provide for multiple dwelling units and duplexes at a density consistent with available infrastructure and land capacities, while providing a variety of housing options. The Multiple-Family Residential District is to be located primarily in areas where municipal sanitary sewer and water service, fire and police protection can be readily provided and in near proximity to shopping centers, the Highland Station District and major thoroughfares.
