Park very very close with playground and tennis courts. Great area to walk by yourself or with family/friends. The maintenance people do a great job and fix things usually right away If something were to not work. Theres been a few times where the standpipe in the basement has overflown due to maybe roots blocking it and theyve come over and taken care of it. Screen door wasnt shutting one time and they got to it like the next day. Meijers is like 5 minutes down the road along with other stores and restaurants. Same for the highway. They somewhat recently installed a new fridge new stove and new front and back doors with screen doors. Parking lot recently redone (maybe last summer). . They do a great job keeping up with the grounds as well. The initial payment for whatever the seller (myself) wants to sell for is to pay for the buyer to purchase the membership at Highland and to pay seller for any custom things that were added on by the owner
