Great for kids! - Lower level living room - futon Common Spaces: Main Level: - Kitchen with many appliances (dishwasher, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, mini crock pot, etc), peninsula with seating - Dining table seating for 4, plus bar height table seating for 2, and 3 stools at peninsula - Living area with couch, chairs, TV, games, etc. - Walkout deck area Upper Level - small balcony with an amazing view!
