The updates & character in this home are fantastic! From the top of the line kitchen to the new roof, you will be impressed inside and out. The covered front porch greets you as you enter this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with an office and multiple living areas. Did I mention there are 2.89 acres! The main floor includes the master suite with TWO walk-in closets, large bath that has a nice tiled shower, tub and dual sinks. The living room has high vaulted ceilings, wood floors and a beautiful stone fireplace. This room also opens to the large kitchen and dining room that features white cabinets, granite counter tops, custom farm house sink and top of the line faucet, stainless appliances including the gas cook top, center island plus a large bar area overlooking the living room. This kitchen is one of the best I have seen even in price ranges twice as high! The large laundry room includes extra pantry space. The main floor also incudes a half bath and a family room with fireplace, wet bar, and tiered seating areas for a theatre room if desired. A spare bedroom and a large office or formal dining room with double glass doors complete the main level. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms, full bath, balcony area that would make a great den area and don't miss the secret bonus room off of the bedroom! it includes a play area and a play loft as well as a door to the partially floored attic. Outside there is a large fenced yard, deck, and fruit trees including 2 apple, 1 peach & 1 cherry. In addition to the attached garage, there is a detached 2 car garage with electric opener. This home has acreage, but yet is close to town! The seller is in the process of replacing the gutters and the siding so it will be all new for the new owner! The zoned heating and cooling units will help keep your utility bills low! Their last bill excluding propane was $153.
