Planned Mixed Use District
The PM Planned Mixed Use District is established to permit the most efficient use of land that combines a variety of commercial, office, residential and public uses. The purposes and intent of the PM Planned Mixed Use District include the following: To allow greater flexibility in development standards lot coverage, setbacks, building heights, lot sizes, etc. to facilitate adaptation of development to the unique conditions of a particular site, while providing higher standards of site design and building design, a high level of environmental sensitivity and more satisfying living and working environments than can be achieved under the standards of other zoning districts.; To promote a streetscape that encourages buildings to be moved forward adjacent to the front yard setback line or adjacent to the required landscape improvements.; To encourage pedestrian friendly development.Permit a mixture of uses that, with proper design and planning, will be compatible with each other and with surrounding uses or zoning districts.
