Welcome to Woodland Oaks Community

Mark Yancik, with Trumark Custom Homes, is a lifelong resident of Eastern Jackson County, building beautiful custom homes since 1982. As a second-generation builder, Mark continues to create an impact on the Kansas City area housing community. Inspired by homes costing over a million dollars, Mark has the vision to include many of those details and amenities into more affordable homes for his customers. Keeping up with the current styles and trends, yet never sacrificing the finest in quality craftsmanship, produces a TruMark Custom Home of timeless beauty. Mark has a unique, creative side to him, and that partnered with his experience and knowledge results in a home you will love and enjoy for years to come! In his off time, Mark enjoys travel, golf, Chiefs and Royals games, and spending time with Gail, his wife of over 30 years, their 4 children, grandchildren, parents, and good friends. “We understand that many of our clients will build a custom home only once in their lifetime. We strive to make it the best decision they ever made. Our success is measured by the satisfaction of our homeowners.” Contact Us today. Mark's a true partner when you build your dream home.
