RE
Residential Exclusive District
The purpose of the Residential Exclusive (RE) District is to allow only major singlefamily residential subdivisions intended to accommodate site-built residential dwellings and conventional modular homes as defined by this Ordinance. Requests for higherintensity residential use are considered through standards established in this Ordinance and found to be consistent, reasonable, and in the public interest with the Randolph County Growth Management Plan.
