This one bedroom one bathroom is located on the first floor within a locked building. The kitchen features new white cabinets and all new appliances (electric stove/oven, refrigerator and dishwasher) and plenty of counter space for preparing your favorite meals. Enjoy a spacious living area, a full bathroom, and a separate bedroom that provides a relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day. Water, sewer and trash are included in the monthly rent. While there are no washers or dryers within the unit, there is a laundry room onsite that offers multiple washers and dryers, including ADA accessible machines. A $27 non-refundable application fee is required for a background and credit screening. Move-in funds consist of first month's rent, minimum security deposit equivalent to one month rent and last month's prepaid rent equivalent to one month rent. We are an affordable, low-income housing community with a maximum yearly income of $40,000 for a single occupant, and applicants must meet applicable program and community eligibility requirements. This is a three story building with elevator access to all three floors. Pinecrest Manor Apartments also offers controlled access to the building with newly upgraded security cameras for residents' peace of mind. Please note we are not an assisted living facility or facility that provides independent living care services. Residents must be able to live independently and manage their own daily living needs. Personal care, assistance with daily activities, and medical care are not provided by the community but each apartment unit does come pre-equiped with an emergency pull cord in the bathroom and bedroom.
