Wide sidewalks and towering oaks throughout the neighborhood provide an ideal place for walking or jogging, and a coffee shop, multiple restaurants (including Ethiopian, Thai, casual and fine Italian, etc.), shopping and even an independent movie theater are a half mile away. Spring through fall, a farmers market is open Wed, Fri and Sat around the corner from the apartment, and a new greenway offers a convenient connection to Freedom Park, Dilworth and Carolinas Medical Center. Ideal for short- or long-term stays for business or pleasure, or when visiting someone at either CMC or Presbyterian Hospitals, our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay.
